HOW TO OVERCOME MINDSET BLOCKS AND LIMITING BELIEFS

We hold ourselves back from doing a lot of things. There can be many reasons which we may want to admit or even accept. Many reasons which we do not realize also.

If you have goals in your life like finding a life partner, looking for a promotion, starting a new business, moving to another place or a country, needs lot of brain work and other things to do. For taking the right decisions to reach the goal your mind has to be in the right place with the right perspectives.

You have to believe in your self and not have doubts, you can’t be skeptical, critical, or not trust yourself enough, its going to be much more difficult for Implementing your plans to happen.

So, look at your mind set and try to understand where you might be holding yourself back to make those changes you have been waiting to make for a long time.

How your mindset holds you back!

More negativity will be bread if you have negative thoughts. The more you doubt yourself the more difficult it is.

Most common doubts we have are: -

“I don’t know if I can do this”

“Others are doing better than me”

“How can I do this, I’am busy with other things”

“I have no money to do this”

Our elders have always told us not to use any negative comments as they can come true anytime, so always speak good things and positive things. You have to take ownership of your thoughts and emotions. You have to believe yourself that you are capable of reaching your goals. You have to have the unwavering desire to try no matter what.

How To Identify Your Current Mindset:-

The mind is a complex place and often we don’t even realize the thoughts we’re thinking.

In order to identify your current mindset, you have to become aware of the repeating thoughts that pop into your head on a daily basis.

If you have a particular goal for the future or a change you want to make, you have to pay close attention to the way you think about it.

To bring awareness to your thoughts, try journaling or meditation, or talking to a coach, or close friend. These are effective ways to get thoughts out of your head so you have a better idea of what’s going on in your mind.

How to overcome your Mindset Blocks?

1. Identify your recurring thoughts.

2. Negate outside noise.

3. Keep yourself positively occupied, learn new things.

4. Do not over think.

5. Plan your day and have time for yourself. Meditate, practice yoga, have a walk, dance, listen to music, write a journal.

Make taking care of yourself a priority so you can protect your headspace.

Once you’ve figured out your repetitive thought patterns and how they’re holding you back, continue to practice positive self-talk so you can protect your energy and headspace.
